💭What is a work form?

To hire anyone under the age of 18 in Washington, there are specific laws and rules employers must follow. Before a minor can begin working, we must get the student and parent/guardian and their work employer information.

💭Work form instructions

Your employer must complete ALL information about your job, including your working hours. Have ALL sections completed prior to asking B-EHS for a signature!

Submit your forms to Mrs. Rodriguez. Once the form is processed, it will be returned to you!

💭How do I submit the work form if the College & Career Center is Closed?

  1. Email the work form using your phone.

CTE - wORKSITE LEARNING

You have a job and you want to earn high school credit while you're working.

Worksite learning is an exciting program that provides students the opportunity to connect the knowledge and skills obtained in the classroom to those needed in the work environment. The best part is students earn credits by working! For every 180 hours, students earn .5 credits.

Don’t delay! Hours cannot be counted until all the work forms have been turned!
