Any student that is traveling with a team or group, but is not riding district transportation back to BDHS, and is riding with a parent/guardian, must have a travel release form filled out and on file a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the trip. The Associate Principal of Activities will follow-up on high school students.
Any person from the public that intends to work with our students or work in our concessions must successfully complete a background check prior to official involvment at BDUSD. These are submitted to the building administrator at the school of service. For high school, submit to the Associate Principal of Activities.

Any requests to begin a new club/organization that involves BDHS students, which would meet before, during, or after school hours and/or within BDUSD facilities, needs to have this form filled out and approved.

Any field trip request will now be made via the Google Form below. Austin Keach will be following up on all approved/denied requests and will work out transportation needs. Out of State and Overnight Trips require BOE approval.

Activities, Athletics, Clubs, and Organizations should use this form and get approval from their supervisor before starting or committing to any fundraising.
Note: this form must be approved a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start of the fundraiser so please plan ahead.
