The Beaver Dam High School Athletic Hall of Fame honors athletes, coaches, administrators, and special contributors that made a significant impact on BDHS Athletics. This year's nominees include:
MISSION
To recognize outstanding athletes, coaches, and contributors who have positively influenced the promotion and development of athletics at Beaver Dam High School. Athletes are eligible 10 years after their graduation; coaches are eligible 5 years after their last contracted service; and contributors are eligible immediately.
INDUCTION
Induction will be a part of the Homecoming Weekend each year. Inductees will be a part of the Homecoming Parade and pre-game festivities, and will be inducted at half-time of the Homecoming football game. For more information, please contact Steve Kuenzi at 920.344.0333 or kuenzis@bdusd.org.

NOMINATIONS
Nominations will be accepted anytime. To be eligible for the Fall Induction, nominations must be received by May 1 of each year. If an athlete is nominated and not selected, they will automatically remain in the nominee pool.
Please return the completed nomination form to Steve Kuenzi, Athletic Hall of Fame Chairman, Beaver Dam High School, 500 Gould Street, Beaver Dam, WI 53916.
Must have participated on a WIAA or GAA sponsored athletic team at Beaver Dam High School.
Must have graduated from Beaver Dam High School 10 or more years ago.
Moral character, good citizenship, and academic performance during high school and post high school shall be a consideration.
Although athletic achievement while attending Beaver Dam High School is of prime importance, outstanding accomplishments after leaving Beaver Dam High School will also be strongly considered.
Must have completed their tenure as a coach at Beaver Dam High School 5 or more years ago.
Must be a quality role model for the student athletes of Beaver Dam High School and exhibit quality examples of good character and citizenship.
Other factors that will be taken into consideration:
Quality of the program that s/he directed at Beaver Dam High School;
Won/Loss Record; Length of Career;
Concern for the welfare and development of their student athletes;
Achievements earned by their student athletes;
Outstanding achievements earned after leaving Beaver Dam High School.
Anyone who has significantly contributed, for a period of time, to Beaver Dam High School athletics, its development, and image.
Must be a quality role model for the student athletes of Beaver Dam High School and exhibit quality examples of good character and citizenship.
Nominees may be, but are not limited to: BDUSD teachers, administrators, or staff; BDHS Booster Club members; Beaver Dam community members or district residents; local media.
