Congrats to the wins the band had this season! Despite the weird rainy season, the PSC performed well and brought back the following awards....
Mustang Classic (Middle Creek HS)
2nd in Class 4A
1st Place-Color Guard
2nd Place- Music Performance, Visual Performance, General Effect, and Percussion
Our parents also "set the standard" by winning the best overall pit crew among the 17 schools competing!
Brick Capital Classic (Lee County HS)
3rd place in Class 3A
2nd place- Color Guard
Raider Round-Up (Midway HS)
1st place in Class 4A
1st place- Music, Marching, and Percussion
2nd place- Effect, Color Guard, Drum Major
"Jackson Barefoot Spirit Award" for band demonstrating best school spirit, respect for others, and camaraderie

Hopefully this info will be posted on there as well. :-) Also signup for our class dojo so that I can send out quick remind announcements, etc. Join the dojo here.... SBHS Band Class Dojo This is especially important for events as weather can cause issues with scheduling.
8) Please look at the google calendar to see our November-December rehearsal schedule. We will continue Tuesday/Thursday practices through 12/9 from 3-5:30. Exceptions are no practice on 11/11 or the week of Thanksgiving. Practice on 12/4 will also end at 5 PM instead of 5:30. Color Guard will only attend practices on 12/2 and 12/4.
