The AIG instruction at the middle school level is delivered through content-specific AIG classes, led by an AIG licensed/certified teacher who has been trained to understand and meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of gifted learners. Students in these classes are to receive advanced instruction, utilizing above-grade level and compacted curriculum and instructional units designed specifically for gifted and advanced learners.
