4th Grade Homework Guidelines

Students should expect to receive homework in math and reading every night of the week.

Homework counts toward their work habits and participation grade on their report cards.

They will generally not have homework over the weekend or during breaks.

Math Mania will be given every Monday and due Friday of that week. Math Mania homework is not timed in 4th grade and students should fill in the whole page. However, on Fridays, students will have a Timed Test on the Math Mania facts that they have been working on that week.

Reading passages will be given every Monday and Wednesday night.

Monthly Writing will be posted on L.A. Google Classroom

There will also be online assignments that students are expected to complete through their classroom websites or Google Classrooms.
