Grass Lake Manor Apartments (Richfield)

I can't remember if I emailed this information to you or not. However, I think this info will be extremely helpful for some incoming students and even sophomores and juniors looking for housing. The apartment buildings where I live are very inexpensive, it's a beautiful place (right in front of a lake), and it's a relatively safe neighborhood! Also, with the "gross monthly income requirement" students can have a parent or a sponsor sign (if they have someone). If you do find students, make sure they let Jeff (the manager) know that they're from BCS! 

Here's the information from Jeff, the building manager: 

Studios: $820/mo

1 Bedrooms: $960/mo

2 Bedrooms: $1080/mo

Heat, water, cooking gas & basic trash included in rent. Off-street parking and storage locker available with most units.

Rental Qualifications:

-Gross monthly income requirement of 2.5x rent (must provide at least two current pay stubs) -Responsible and verifiable credit history & rental history proof of spay/neuter -12 month leases only

-Gross misdemeanor/felony convictions or UDs/ evictions NOT accepted

-All units and buildings are smoke free

-Cats only (no dogs) allowed with $300 deposit

-All residents must be on lease, and guests must

be registered

Application Info and Fees:

-$50/person CASH application fee -$500 CHECK or MONEY ORDER for security deposit

-Applications accepted in person only; App fees are non refundable;

**Security deposit due at time of application (check will be returned if declined)**
