Rent:  $775/MO plus utilities. This could be shared by two individuals, (e.g., primarily married couples from BCS have lived here over the years). Some rent reduction could possibly be arranged for yard maintenance. The apartment is partially furnished. No smoking. No pets preferably, but will consider on case by case basis. 

Apartment:

Main Area: One main room with some areas for bed and possibly a study area

Kitchen: Has a gas range. There is a pantry off the kitchen. 

Laundry: There is a combined washer/dryer unit. 

Bathroom: Tiled bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet. 

Storage: There is some storage in the stairwell up to the first floor of the house, three closets, a pantry, and some shelving is provided. 

Entrances: The apartment has a separate entrance from the house. 

Yard: Fenced in back yard.

Parking: Up to two garage parking spots, and up to two uncovered parking spots in back. Street parking out front. Parking spots shared between tenants in the studio apartment and the BCS tenants living in the house upstairs. The tenants in the apartment get at least one parking spot in back. 

Neighborhood: Very short walk to Powderhorn Park. A couple blocks away is May Day Café, a coffee / bakery. 

Proximity to Bethlehem: It's about 2 miles away. It took me ~7–10 min to drive to BCS when I was a student there. Google maps says it’s an 18 min bus ride from the house. There is a bus stop just four houses away, and it goes to a stop within short walk from BCS.
