Here is an email that contains details about the house: 

"It is the top floor of a bi-level house converted into a duplex. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The bedrooms are small, but there is a large open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen that is nice for hosting. There is a private back deck with a gas grill provided and a backyard with a large firepit. There is no garage, but there are two dedicated driveway parking spaces. The price is $1750/month, but all utilities are included. The landlord also handles all yard maintenance and snow removal, though I will sometimes have to shovel out behind my vehicle if I leave too early after a snowstorm.

It's about 20 minutes from the school (25 with traffic) and a little more than 10 minutes from North Church.

The place should be available to move into sometime in early June. My guess is that our landlord will find renters within the last couple of weeks of May, so if there are any seminarian families interested, they should reach out before then. I would suspect that my landlord would be happy to wait a little bit longer to select renters if he knew he could have another dependable and easy-to-deal-with seminarian family."
