Create a path with individualized goals and objectives for each student based on their learning profile and needs. The focus for all pathways is individual mastery of the standards and goals. Pathways should have teacher checkpoints built in so that students and teachers have personal time to review, reflect and revise before moving forward. These check-ins should be student driven with teacher support.
