Makerspace Zone

Before...

This space was used by tutors or other small groups. It is in the middle of our nonfiction collection. I knew that we would need some storage and organizational solutions to make it work as a makerspace. We had most of these items like Littlebits already, we just needed to get them out for students to use.

During the transformation...

Mobile storage solutions...

These metal carts were purchased with Scholastic dollars. The bins are from Big Lots. School supplies were from donations we had received and were storing.

A space with many uses...

This space is still used constantly by tutors and small groups, but it has Little Bits and other makerspace supplies available for students to use as needed.
