TC Roberson High School Orchestra

Orchestra at TC Roberson is offered full-year over two semesters and builds on students' previous musical learning. Students play Violin, Viola, Cello, or Bass in Orchestra and can enroll in Intermediate Orchestra or Honors Orchestra which counts as a high school honors credit. In addition to practicing every day in class, the TC Roberson Orchestra ensemble performs for the community throughout the school year as well as for state-adjudicated, regional, all-county, and all-state events. Students enrolled in Orchestra can be sponsored to audition for regional and all-state events by their Orchestra teacher through the North Carolin Music Education Association.
