Balance - ability to control the body while standing (static) or moving (dynamic)
Coordination - ability to use two or more muscles at the same time to successfully perform a skill
Speed - ability to move your body in one direction or cover a specific distance in a short period of time
Agility - ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize and change direction under control
Power - ability to perform strength movements quickly (plyometrics)
Reaction time - ability to react to a stimulus as quickly as possible (see, hear, or feel)
