How Our Body Moves
Our body moves in a three dimensional plane and in each plane several different movements are occurring at the joints.
Develop ALL three planes to maximize ability, prevent injury, increase range of motion, and provide greater stability for our body
Frontal Plane ( jumping jacks, lateral slide, lateral jumps, lateral hops)
Sagittal Plane (lunges, skips, run, curl-ups, sit & reach)
Transverse Plane (overhand throw, swing golf club, agility, elbow to knee walks)
