Health Related Components of Fitness (Overall Health Status)
Muscular Strength - the amount of force put forth by a muscle or muscle group
Muscular Endurance - the ability to work a specific muscle group over a period of time
Flexibility - the ability to use one’s joints fully to prevent muscle injury and improve performance
Cardiovascular Endurance - the heart’s ability to deliver oxygen to working muscles and their ability to use it
Body Composition - the percentage of body weight that is fat, muscle, and bone
