Over the summer, I performed my methodology for my new project. I continued to look at eDNA in different bodies of water, but I decided to sample more than one location to create a more effective baseline of biodiversity. I collected water samples from many different local bodies of water to analyze the fish populations found in those bodies of water. I also began working on my research paper.
