Here is a log on how to take Service Logs on your students. 

Service Logs need to be taken daily or weekly. Please note that once you make a batch service log, you will not be able to edit the batch if you have made any mistakes (each student's log will need to be edited individually). So please double-check that you have made no errors. Service Logs are turned into the state to document services that were provided to each student and we are audited yearly.
