Check-in and Inspection:

Welcome to the check-in and inspection process! As soon as your team and robot arrive, please proceed to check-in. Once completed, head over to your pit area and set up for an exciting day ahead. Send a couple of your team members to the robot inspection line for the crucial step of getting your robot inspected. Here are a couple of keynotes: if you are in town, we can expedite the robot check-in on Friday evening – just let us know in advance. You will need to have 2 of your team members with you for the inspection and check-in.   Additionally, take a moment to review the comprehensive robot inspection checklist 

One common issue to watch for is having a robot that is too large.

Keep in mind that after 8:30, the competition matches will be set, and there won't be any late check-ins. Teams not checked in on time risk being dropped from the event. In case of an emergency causing a delay past 8:30 on the morning of the event, and your team still plans to attend, please contact Lisa Haines at 812-374-7373.
