This is a big list, so get ready! It's like a big list for Santa, but it's all for robots! Here we go!
Before you come to the big day, you gotta make sure your team's robot money is all paid up! You can check if it's all good on robotevents.com. It's super important to do this before you get to the competition because we can't take any payments on the big day. We don't want any grumpy people, so please get it done!
Oh boy! We're so excited we're going to open early on Friday, 5 to 6 p.m. If you're in the neighborhood, you can come by and check in with your robot so you'll be all ready for Saturday!
Hey BCSC Teams! We'd really, really love it if you would come check in early! It helps us get ready faster for all the other teams in the morning. We'll be setting things up for inspection starting at 5:00 p.m., so you can come get your robot all set up for the fun!
And for the Boards! BCSC teams, please bring your boards to drop off between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. Don't come before 4:00 because we won't be able to get in! And make sure your boards are working perfectly before you leave! We don't want any last-minute surprises!

Get ready to have a blast on Saturday! We have so much planned!
Teamwork Time! We'll have four boards for teamwork challenges, set up, and we plan to run two at a time, with the second set of boards being for teams to be set up and on deck for the next round. It's going to be so much fun!
Don't Get Lost! We'll have a schedule, but it's super important to watch the queuing order! We have 40 teams, and we don't want to leave anyone out, so listen for your team number and be ready to go! We'll have a person calling out team numbers and a flip deck.
Skills Boards! We'll have two skills boards in the gym for you to get all the skills points you can!
Practice Boards! We'll have about four practice boards ready for you. If you want to bring your own, that's okay too! But we are not allowing boards in the pit area, they will need to go to the practice field where we have volunteers to supervise the boards.
A Little Help! At the end of the day, when all the fun is over, we're asking for a little help to clean up. We all have to fold up our tables and chairs and help our amazing cleaning staff. It's what elves do!
