If you experience any difficulties or need assistance on an eLearning day, please call the BCSC eLearning Hotline for assistance. The BCSC eLearning Hotline is made up of our technology staff as well as interpeters-we provide assistance in both English and Spanish.
The BCSC eLearning Hotline can be reached by calling: 812-418-0252. The hotline is a call back system - please leave your information and a description of the technology issue you need assistance with in the voicemail, and staff will respond with helpful information. BCSC staff will be available to answer calls to the hotline between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm.
