The Maryland School Survey should be administered to students in grades 5-11 as well as specific Instructional Staff. 

The survey design asks questions in four domains: Environmental, Engagement, Relationship, and Safety.

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes. 

The Instructional Staff Survey may be administered in a group setting or the STC may check out login information and survey directions to named staff in order to take the survey. The ticket containing login information must be returned to the STC the same day verifying completion of the survey.

The Instructional Staff Survey and Student Survey MUST be taken at school.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement  must be signed by all adults taking or administering the survey.
