Quarter 2 Professional Learning Cycles will continue the focus on curriculum internalization - how do we help teachers unpack their curriculum so that they understand the deep logic of its design (at the year,unit, arc, and lesson level) and can use these materials to engage, challenge and empower all of their students?
From Cycle 1, coaches may have identified a more specific focus that their team(s) need to work on during Cycle 2, e.g., questioning techniques as part of Wit & Wisdom lessons or TAP plan development as part of Fundations. The work in Cycle 2 should build on the learning from Cycle 1 rather than simply repeat it.
