- To help motivate them, promise some type of reward for the team, if they last longer than the previous week.

- When players begin to struggle, help motivate and encourage them
- Wk7 Callback: When players begin to fall, how can they help fill their teammate's tank to keep them from falling?(Players will likely all start encouraging each other to stay up for that extra second)
- Q: Did you do better this week? Why?
- A: You truly gave it all of your effort. You hustled.
- A: You tried harder when it got difficult to stay off the ground. You had grit.
- A: You helped each other through encouragement. "Filled each others' tanks"
- A: You knew you could do it. You were confident. You had a positive mental attitude.
- A: You didn't let last week's poor time bother you and you focused on doing better this time. You were resilient.
- We don't lose if we learned.
- We learned a lot this season (listed above), and all those things will help you succeed.
