Welcome to Bayside Baptist Weekday Preschool (BBWP)! We understand choosing an early education program for your preschooler is a very important decision. At BBWP you will find a safe, nurturing educational environment where your child can grow, play, and learn about Jesus. Our classrooms are full of exploration, creativity, and collaboration as we discover God's amazing world together.

2025-2026 Open House
All families are invited to our 2025-2026 School Year Open House on Monday, January 27 from 4:30 - 5:30pm. This event provides a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the program, view the classrooms, and meet the teachers. No RSVP is needed.
Our Philosophy
Our educational philosophy is rooted in Christian values and play-based, hands-on learning strategies. We operate under the following four core values:
FAITH FIRST
Classroom environments, activities, and teaching times are based on a biblical worldview where preschoolers will begin to understand how everything points directly to our loving God and His desire to have a personal relationship with each of us.
GUIDED GROWTH
Using age-appropriate techniques and strategies, teachers will guide student growth in the following areas: social/emotional, physical, intellectual, and language development. Daily activities support learning concepts while celebrating each student's unique development. Social interactions encourage preschoolers to expand their vocabulary and learn to express thoughts and feelings with others.
PURPOSEFUL PLAY
Daily experiences encourage students to engage, explore, create, inquire, seek, and find. We believe intentional, play-based learning fosters a lifelong love of learning.
REAL RELATIONSHIPS
We highly value relationships with our students and families. Teachers come alongside students to affirm, support, motivate, encourage, and love them. We desire to work together, with families, for the good of our students.
