WELCOME TO BAY ATHLETICS WELLNESS AND FITNESS SITE!

This site was created to help you stay physically active and healthy. As a community we are faced with unprecedented times. As Bay's founding precepts says, "We value a clear mind and a healthy, strong body". You can start with a single individual workout from the collection and see how you feel. If you are new to body weight training always start any workout on Level 1 level of difficulty. You can pick any number of workouts per week usually between 3 and 5 and rotate for maximum results.

We really want to make this a community site. We will be updating and adding workouts weekly. We encourage you to share your favorite wellness and fitness activity with us to post to the site! For questions or to post your activity to the site contact: ssam@bayschools.org
