How do I challenge a question?

In this video we will show you how to challenge a question marked incorrect. KnowledgePath calls this function "Query a question". You will need to do this whenever you believe you provided a correct response and you are marked incorrect. This is the only way your instructor can examine the question and give you credit for the response, if appropriate.

What if I find an error in KnowledgePath?

In this next video, we show you how to alert the faculty to any inconsistency in the content such as broken links, images not rendering or any other errors.
