You can try it in the morning or as a break during the day or before going to bed. Guiding attention from your feet to your head and includes gentle music in the background. Enjoy.
Attached are breathing, imagery, visualization, and muscle relaxation scripts. These activities help to promote calm and engage the parasympathetic nervous systems. Have a family member join you with the activity.
