After preliminary assessing the students it looks like we will be learning place value and then Adding 2 digit numbers, using ten Combinations, and analog clocks.

They always need to show their work!

Math homework {4 minute timing/alternative} is required EVERY morning!

MATH Homework:

4 minute math timing. Everyone will start on addition, progress to subtraction, then multiplication, next division, then finally onto mixed. After mixed the students will explore multi-digit multiplication, long division, algebra, complex area and perimeter, problem solving and geometry. Not everyone learns the same; you know your student best so if a 4 minute timing is not helping you student, let's explore alternatives. Like flashcards or other things.
