INITIAL & FINAL ROSTERS
GENERAL ROSTER RULES (11U - 18U)
Shall be permitted to register up to 18 players.
Only players and coaches listed on an Initial Roster or an Approved Final Roster may play in Provincial League games.
No roster additions may be made after the Approved Final Roster (except for a player moving into the area who must apply to the Executive Director). All transfers for new players must be completed before the initial roster submission date.
After the roster lock / change date, the only roster changes allowed will be based on replacement players. Each subsequent roster change/replacement will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
Any player who quits their provincial team will not be allowed to join any other provincial roster (as a Replacement Player or Pick-Up Player) or be allowed to participate as an affiliate player.
PLAYER ADDRESS CONFIRMATION
'AAA' & 'AA' Associations are required to review their team rosters and certify that all player addresses are accurate and comply with Baseball Alberta residency requirements.
CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK REQUIREMENTS
All coaches and OFM's (Off Field Managers) are required to have a valid criminal record check before being added to any roster on Spordle ID. This is to be managed at the Association level.
ROSTER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Rosters are to be fully completed on the Spordle ID platform.

ROSTER DEADLINE DATE INFORMATION
Initial Roster Deadline
For the initial roster date for a specific division, all Associations will be required to enter their team roster with players, coaches and OFM's (Off Field Manager) within the Spordle ID system. All rules & regulations will be flagged within Spordle ID and Associaitons will be required to police and navigate the player and coach eligibility requirements.
'AAA' & 'AA' Roster Lock / Change Deadline
Any changes to the intial roster will be permitted up to this point. After this date, rosters will be locked and additions or changes to the roster will have to be made by Baseball Alberta.
'AAA' & 'AA' Roster Approval Request Deadline
All Associations must submit their teams for approval before this date within Spordle ID.
'AAA' & 'AA' Final Provincial Championship Roster Approval Deadline
All player & coach eligibility requirements must be met before this date, or noncompliant coaches or players will be removed from the roster.
