New Webinar Replays to Watch
Implementing Multimedia into K-12 Classroom by WeVideo - Webinar Replay from 8/30/22
WeVideo Next Gen update!
No more analysis paralysis between our Classroom and Classic spaces – now you can access all of your favorite features in one robust, streamlined experience.
WeVideo Classic vs. WeVideo Next-Gen
Whether you’re a daily Classroom user or a diehard Classic fan, you’ll see some BIG benefits from WeVideo Next-Gen, coming to you live on July 31, 2023:
Direct link sharing to WeVideo-hosted media
Shared projects within groups
Assignments & assignment ideas
Automatic subtitle generator
Real-time collaboration
And more!
What you’ll notice when you log in to WeVideo on or after July 31:
No more home screen – you’ll automatically start in our Next-Gen space, which features all the goodies of both Classroom and Classic.
Use the hamburger menu (three stacked lines) to toggle between Next-Gen and Classic.
You won’t lose any projects, media, exports, or templates – we’ll show you how to easily transfer them from Classic to Next-Gen.
Last thing – we know that change takes time, so you’ll be able to toggle between Next-Gen and Classic for the remainder of the year, giving you plenty of time to get acquainted. In January 2024, we’ll officially retire the Classic space and automatically transfer any of your remaining projects to our streamlined experience.
Read the full write-up to see what’s changed and how you can leverage our next-gen experience for more impactful teaching and learning!
Cheers,
The WeVideo for Schools Team
