Photo Submissions

HOW DO I SUBMIT CONTENT TO THE YEARBOOK

There are 2 methods for submitting content to the yearbook. We greatly appreciate your submissions.

1. We have an app/website where you can upload content to our yearbook server. You can download the app

to your phone or you may access using the website shown. Be sure to use the school code 5241. The

benefit of using this process is that you can caption the photo(s) when sending.

2. The other option is to email me directly at LGilliard@basdschools.org. If you are emailing me directly,

please be sure to provide the following subject line for your email: “Senior Yearbook Submission”; this

should be placed in the subject line of your email so my messages can be organized quickly.

SENIOR PICTURES

The deadline for senior pictures to appear in the 2024 yearbook will be Friday, April 5th. All yearbook senior

pictures must be taken by Christmas City Studio. If you have not made an appointment yet, please call them

ASAP at 610.691.2109 to schedule your appointment. There is a $10.00 sitting fee

that will be collected on your appointment day. If you are unable to have your photo

taken at the studio, a limited number of sessions will be available at Liberty on March

15th for your yearbook pose and cap and gown ONLY (no outfit changes). Visit

reserve your appointment at Liberty, a $5.00 sitting fee will be required. Please remit

payment (cash or money order) to Mrs. Gilliard in room 001 before your appointment.

Photo sessions with outfit changes MUST be done at the studio. If sitting fees are a

hardship, please contact Mrs. Gilliard.

SENIOR SURVEY (For Yearbook and Senior Magazine by Liberty Life)

Email messages will be sent out shortly to all seniors to complete a senior survey. This will be used for information

next to your picture in the senior section of the yearbook and in the senior magazine. Students will need to

complete the survey while logged into their school email account ONLY. It is NOT available for parents to

complete for them. The deadline to complete this survey will be Friday, April 5, 2024.
