Other Breathing Techniques
The Bunny Breath: Take three quick sniffs through the nose and one long exhale through the nose. As you continue, focus on making the exhale slower and slower.
The Snake Breath: Inhale slowly through the nose and breathe out through the mouth with a long, slow hissing sound.
The Flower Breath: Imagine smelling a flower. Deep breath in through your nose, out through your mouth.
Blow out the Candle: Imagine a birthday candle. Deep breath in through your nose, then exhale through the mouth to blow out the candle.
Smell the Flower/Blow out the Candle: Combine the flower breath (on the inhale) with the candle breath (on the exhale). Hold your pointer finger to your nose as you "smell the flower" and drop your finger to your mouth as you "blow out the candle".
