Welcome!

The core of the Social Studies curriculum is human history.  Studying the choices made by earlier generations can help us understand the present and, perhaps, the future.

I am excited to embark on another year as a teacher in the Social Studies department! This is my 12th year at Bellefonte and my 16th year in my teaching career.  I teach US Government (12th grade), AP World History (10th - 12th grade), and American History Now, a new mini course taken Q4 after US Government.

I am an avid sports fan and support PSU, Pittsburgh teams, and the Boston Celtics.  I love to read, cook, and travel, and enjoy spending time with my husband and kids.
