Audition Contract

Prior to your audition, please complete the Audition Contract online WITH A PARENT/GUARDIAN. 

This contract indicates that you have permission to participate in our show and also gives us information about you, other activities that you are involved in, and conflicts that you have with our rehearsal schedule.
