Dear BCMS Families,

We’re a few weeks into the school year, and what an exciting start it has been! The hallways are buzzing with energy, classrooms are alive with learning, and our students are already showing what it demonstrates to be a Trojan.

Highlights from the First Few Weeks

• Smooth Start-Up: Our students have done an excellent job adjusting to new routines, schedules, and expectations. Thank you for helping them come prepared and ready to learn each day.

• Engaged Learning: Teachers are diving into meaningful lessons designed to challenge students while building confidence. Ask your student what they’ve learned—chances are you’ll be impressed!

• Extracurricular Excitement: Fall sports, clubs, and activities are already in full swing. We’ve seen amazing school spirit at games, practices, and meetings.

Looking Ahead

• Progress Reports: Midterm progress reports will be sent home soon. This is a great opportunity to celebrate successes and set goals for the rest of the quarter.

• Family Involvement: We encourage families to stay connected and check in with your child about their day and message teachers with questions.

• Upcoming Events: Keep an eye on our website and social media for announcements about fall events, including safe school's week and our first school dance this Friday!
