Entry Rules & Instructions

Who can enter: Anyone with a project in progress or complete—scrolls, textiles, food, leatherwork, bardic/performance, or any other creative endeavor.

How to pre-register: Submit your entry via this submission form.

Where to find full details: All entry guidelines, judging levels (Novice, Journeyman, Masterwork), rubrics, and additional instructions are available on the Kingdom Art‑Sci site.

Awards will be given for:

Popular Acclaim Best entry or presentation/display that receives the most votes from the populace by bead in the cup method during the afternoon of the faire.

Crowns Acclaim Best entry or presentation/display chosen by Their Royal Majesties. The item need not be competitive. 

Baronial Acclaim Best entry or presentation/display chosen by Their Excellencies. The item need not be competitive.
