State 2016

The 2016 Wisconsin State competition was held at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI on April 26-27th.

Barneveld brought a total of sixteen members to the State Conference: two members competed in the Leadership competitions and all sixteen members competed in the Skills competitions.

Natalie Elfering, Paige Gaffney, and Johan Kirch, as a team, placed 2nd out of 104 teams in Team Problem Solving High School Division.

Our second year as an active chapter was a bit different than the year before. Our sixteen members brought home a total of three medals along with a "Chapter Excellence Award" and the "Gold 'Chapter of Distinction' Award," making us the first chapter in Wisconsin to receive this award. We are extremely proud of the success and teamwork that was shown at this competition.
