State

The annual SkillsUSA Wisconsin State Leadership and Skills Conference is the largest competition held in the state. For more then four decades, members have been competing at this event against SkillsUSA students from all over the state. In 2017, more than 1,500 middle and high school students, 200 teachers, and over 300 industry volunteers working in nearly 80 competitions. SkillsUSA is continuing to grow more and more in the state of Wisconsin and these numbers and growth can be seen by attending this conference. Students also have a chance to prove themselves at these competitions by placing first and getting the opportunity to compete at the National level.
