Mrs. Motil's First Grade

Welcome! I am so excited for a wonderful year full of learning, adventure and growth! Together we will learn many new things.

Some important notes:

• Newsletters are sent home on Fridays. If there is no school on Friday, it will be sent home on Thursday.

• Purple folders are to return to school EVERY day! Please make it a point to check the purple folders every night.

• Homework is assigned Monday-Thursday. It is 20 minutes of reading on Raz Kids.

• We love to celebrate birthdays! If you wish to send in a birthday treat, please send in store-bought, sealed treats.

• We use Class Dojo as our behavior management system. Please see the page on Dojo for more details.

*Please note: ANY ABSENCES AND DISMISSAL CHANGES MUST BE CALLED INTO THE OFFICE. Please DO NOT send any dismissal changes to me via email or Dojo as there is a possibility I may not see it before dismissal.*
