Orientation Sessions: Organize welcome sessions to walk new members through the benefits of their membership, how to leverage resources, and ways to participate actively.
Member Resource Guide: Provide an easy-to-navigate guide or digital toolkit outlining available resources, networking opportunities, and business support services.
Mentorship Pairing: Connect new members with experienced business owners within the Bantucola network for mentorship, guidance, and knowledge-sharing.
Ongoing Check-ins: Follow up regularly with new members to address any questions, ensure they are engaged, and offer assistance where needed.

Serve as a Point of Contact: Listen to members’ concerns, questions, and feedback, and relay them to Bantucola leadership for resolution.
Facilitate Communication: Help ensure clear and open communication between members and leadership by sharing updates, initiatives, and important announcements.
Advocate for Member Needs: Work with leadership to develop solutions that address challenges and enhance the overall membership experience.
Promote collaboration and mentorship among business owners to strengthen the local business ecosystem.

Social Media Marketing: Utilize platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote businesses and create awareness about Bantucola initiatives. Engage with members through interactive content, live sessions, and community discussions to build a strong network.
