Want to be a cso?

Maybe you are new to the school, or you missed applications and elections for CSO positions. Don't worry! We have "Adopted" CSO positions open to all students! Adopted CSOs are unique to John Glenn, and are basically unofficial CSOs. You wont be able to go on field trips like the CSOs do, but you will be able to assist on action plans and projects as well as help to build excitement in our school and community about STEM. The only requirements are being a John Glenn Student who is excited about STEM! For more information see Mr. Jurek in the Science Department.

The international chief science officer summit

CSOs Mackenzie and Anthony were chosen to go to the International Chief Science Officer Summit to work with CSOs from all over the world, meet with national leaders on capital hill, visit a number of different museums, and more October 7th to the 11th. Didn't catch the info about their last trip? Learn more about what the CSOs did last Sping when they attended the National Science Foundation iTEST Summit HERE.
