Bandera ISD requires all student athletes to have a new physical on file every school year.

BISD requires that each athlete has an updated physical prior to the beginning of each school year. BISD also provides the opportunity for each athlete to receive a low cost physical here in Bandera when we conduct mass physicals in May of each year for athletes entering grades 7-12. You can download the physical form by clicking the blue button below if you wish to get the physical at your own doctor.

The online UIL and BISD forms must be completed before your student athletes begins their first day of practice or first day of school, whichever comes first.
