Payments - Credit Card Processing

General

Bambi uses Tilled for credit card processing. You must sign up with Tilled and complete the signup process in order to store and process credit cards within Bambi.

Fees 

(as of Jan. 2025)

Visa/MC = 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

Amex = 3.3% + $0.30 per transaction

There is no signup fee nor annual fee to use Tilled.

Communications 

From Tilled may state they are from Bambi's Underwriting Team. Make sure to follow up with all communications to avoid account closure

Inactivity

Or a prolonged period of time with no transcations being processed can lead to your account being disabled. If this happens please reach out so we can assist.

Creating a Merchant Account

Click the following >

• Your company name

• Settings

• Payments

  •  The 'Connect' button (your computer will need to allow pop ups to properly work)

• Follow the steps prompted by Tilled

Processing a Refund

First, go to the Billing section and locate the invoice you need to refund.

Select the pencil icon on which invoice you are refunding and scroll to the bottom of the invoice.

Click the undo button (refund button), and then update the invoice.
