Filter groups are collections of filters that you can create and manage to streamline your view of invoices and trips.
How does it work?
Easy Access: You'll notice a new dropdown menu on the left side of invoices and trips pages. This menu allows you to select different filter groups applicable to these sections.
Applicability: Currently, filter groups are available for invoices and trips only.
Applying Filters: Click on the dropdown menu to reveal available filter groups for invoices. Each group contains specific filters tailored to your needs. Simply click on a group to apply its filters to the list.
Clearing Filters: Clearing filters is as simple as clicking a button. You can reset your view easily.
Persistent Settings: The URL for the filter group is maintained, so your selected filters will remain even if you reload the page.
Customization: You have the option to create your own filter groups. Define your criteria, save it, and start using it immediately.
Managing Your Filter Groups:
Accessing Settings: Click on the "Manage Filter Groups" link to access the settings page. Here, you'll find all your available filter groups neatly organized.
Edit and Delete: Easily edit or delete existing filter groups. Make changes according to your evolving needs.
Predefined Options: We provide a few predefined filter groups for your convenience. You can choose to delete these to create your own examples.
