Welcome to Bagdad Unified School District.

It is an honor to serve as superintendent of a district with such a rich history and a community that has long valued its schools. Every district has traditions that deserve to be respected, celebrated, and preserved. My commitment is to learn from those who have built that foundation while bringing my own experiences from more than four decades in public education so together we continue to advance our school system on behalf of students and student learning.

I believe the best schools are built on strong relationships, open communication, and a shared commitment to students. Together, we will continue the practices that make Bagdad Unified special while embracing opportunities to grow, improve, and prepare every student for success in school and in life.

You will find me visible in our schools, engaged in our community, and committed to listening first. I value transparency, collaboration, and the belief that every decision should be guided by one simple question: "Is this in the best interest of our students?"
