High School


  • California School Dashboard Provides school report card based on California's Accountability System, including performance in key areas such college and career readiness, graduation rates, English Languages Arts and Mathematics, and suspension rates. The California School Dashboard provides a more complete picture of how schools and districts are meeting the needs of all students.

  • CA School Dashboard Navigator (CDE) View state indictors. Filter by county, school district, student group.

  • Ed-Data Education Data Partnership Provides data by district and school, including ADA, enrollment data by demographics and by school type, and financial data.

  • California Department of Education Data and Statistics Data Quest provides data on post-secondary enrollment, graduation rates, enrollment rates, including disaggregation by special populations.

Community College


  • CalPASS Plus LaunchBoard The LaunchBoard, a statewide data system supported by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office and hosted by Cal-PASS Plus, provides data on progress, success, employment, and earnings outcomes for California community college students.

  • Data Mart Use Special Admit enrollment status to explore dual enrollment data for schools and districts.

  • Integrated Post Secondary Education Data System (IPEDS) National clearinghouse to explore resources to plan, prepare, and graduate from college. Access to college navigator which gives a comprehensive overview of colleges, including retention and graduation rates and outcomes across multiple measures.

  • SWP Metrics Dashboard Two Tableau workbooks to support evaluation of CTE program portfolios at the college, district, micro-region, region and state level. All data comes from LaunchBoard.






  • San Francisco Bay Center of Excellence for Labor Market Research: Includes data dashboards. Find:

    • Data on Occupational Demand, Supply of Graduates or occupational wages and demand according to Perkins criteria.

    • Alignment between K-12 and community college programs or TOP and SOC codes. Of special interest:

    • Data on student outcomes for California community colleges and programs.

  • California Competes Dashboard: The California Postsecondary to Prosperity Dashboard braids together multiple data sources to provide a single portal with high-quality information on the state of opportunity in higher education, employment, and quality of life across California’s diverse regions.

  • EDD Labor Market Data

  • O*Net Online Detailed descriptions of the world of work. It is a database of hundreds of standardized and occupation-specific descriptors on almost 1,000 occupations covering the entire U.S. economy. Offers a crosswalk with other data sets.

  • California Career Zone Industry Sector Information about annual wages, numbers of graduates and numbers of jobs, level of preparation required. Great resource for students and for high schools developing CTE pathways.

  • CTE Employment Outcomes Survey (CTEOS) A statewide study to assess employment outcomes of students who have participated in career technical education (CTE) coursework at California Community Colleges.
