"Per fare Carbonata" or Fried Ham and Bacon in Lemon Sauce

(cured ham/bacon contains salt, dextrose, sodium phosphate, potassium lactate, potassium acetate, sodium diacetate, sodium nitrate, sodium erythorbate)

"Fungi di monte" or Mushrooms Sauteed with Spices

Ingredients: Mushrooms, Onion, Olive Oil, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Coriander, Salt, & Ginger
