Microsoft Authenticator is the only supported multi-factor authentication (MFA) method for Guest accounts. Follow the steps below to enroll.

Ensure you have downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator app for Apple iOS, or the app for Android before proceeding.

You will be presented with a prompt of More information required when you log in without MFA configured. Verify that your email address and the Brown-Forman logo are shown, then click Next.

If you already have the mobile app, click Next on this screen. If not, download and install from the Android or Apple Store using the links above, then click Next.

You should now see a QR code on your screen. Open the Authenticator app on your phone, select the plus icon + on the top right, select Work or school account, then tap Scan a QR Code.

When the QR code scans successfully, you'll see the "Brown-Forman Corporation" credential in your mobile app, with your email address listed. You are not done yet!

On the computer, hit Next and your MFA setup will be validated with a notification to your phone. This app uses Number-matching. Enter the number shown on your computer screen into the mobile app.

Once you see this confirmation screen, hit Next then Done. You've completed the setup. Congratulations! You should be redirected to the Brown-Forman Applications portal.
