This guide will assist you in gaining access to Brown-Forman resources with a Partner (Guest) account. Continue below to get started with a new account.Â
Step 1 - request an account
As of November 2024, partners can no longer request their own Guest account. Partners must be invited by a Brown-Forman sponsor (Employee). Please reach out to your Brown-Forman contact to ask for a Guest account invitation to be sent.

STEP 2 - login
Once your Guest account has been created, you will receive an email invitation. After accepting the invite, you will log in using either a one-time-passcode option or with an existing Microsoft Entra account. Click here to view the step-by-step "Logging In" directions.
step 3 - register for mfa
During login, you'll be prompted to register for multi-factor authentication (MFA). Only the Microsoft Authenticator app is supported and must be downloaded to your mobile device. To skip to the MFA setup instructions, click here.
STEP 4 - access resources
Once you're logged in, you'll see all the apps you need at https://myapps.microsoft.com/b-f.com. This is the MyApps portal. Bookmark it so you can return to it any time you need it.
