As of November 2024, partners can no longer request their own Guest account. Partners must be invited by a Brown-Forman sponsor (Employee). Please reach out to your Brown-Forman contact to ask for a Guest account invitation to be sent.

Once your Guest account has been created, you will receive an email invitation. After accepting the invite, you will log in using either a one-time-passcode option or with an existing Microsoft Entra account. Click here to view the step-by-step "Logging In" directions.
During login, you'll be prompted to register for multi-factor authentication (MFA). Only the Microsoft Authenticator app is supported and must be downloaded to your mobile device. To skip to the MFA setup instructions, click here.
Once you're logged in, you'll see all the apps you need at https://myapps.microsoft.com/b-f.com. This is the MyApps portal. Bookmark it so you can return to it any time you need it.
