Welcome New Hires & Temporary Employees!

Here at The Industrial Commission of Arizona, we put safety first. We do not have a work culture, we have a SAFETY CULTURE. That is why it is so important on your first day working that we educate you on how we approach safety and health. 

We know what you are thinking! Safety culture in an office setting? You normally see these types of safety protocols in large manufacturing plants or some type of industrial setting. But here at the ICA, we practice what we preach. Everyday our employees work hard for the citizens of Arizona to make sure they are safe while they work. We set safety standards and we need to set higher standards for ourselves. As of October 2020, our Phoenix location received recognition from ADOSH as a VPP Star Site (Voluntary Protection Program) and our Tucson location received its recognition in March 2022. With this recognition, we are continuously looking for ways to improve the health and safety of our employees. But we cannot do this alone. We need you and all of our employees to embrace the safety culture, learn from it, and grow from it. Please do not be shy about safety. Speak up!
